Select the patient you want to add another appointment and pressing the right mouse button, select Duplicate Appointment. The program keeps you by default the same appointment time that is doubling. Simply select the date of your new appointment and give it to duplicate.

Select the patient you want to add another appointment and pressing the right mouse button, select Copy Appointment. The program keeps in memory the patient’s name, you can now choose where paste the appointment, and pressing the right mouse button select Paste Appointment. You can paste the appointment the times that you need, in the days and hours you choose.
